unotest cloud
Terms of service
Last updated 2026-09-15
1. Who we are
unotest cloud is operated by Ivan Volkov (“we”, “us”) at https://unotest.com. These terms govern the use of the hosted service at https://app.unotest.com (“the service”). The open-source packages published as @unotest/* are licensed separately under their own licence files.
2. Business customers only
The service is offered to companies, sole traders and other persons acting in the course of a business. By creating an account or topping up a balance you confirm that you are not acting as a consumer. Consumer withdrawal rights therefore do not apply.
3. The service
A “box” is a dedicated virtual machine running the unotest runtime, reachable at a name under box.unotest.com. You create and delete boxes from the dashboard or through the API. Boxes are provisioned on infrastructure of third-party hosting providers in the European Union.
4. Balance and charges
- You pay in advance by topping up a balance in EUR. The minimum top-up is €5.
- Each box is charged at its hourly rate, shown in the dashboard at https://app.unotest.com before you create it, for every started hour from the moment it is ready until it is deleted. The first hour is charged at creation.
- Charges are deducted from the balance only; you never owe more than you have topped up. If the balance cannot cover the next hour, the box is deleted.
- Rates may change; a change applies to boxes created after the new rate appears in the dashboard, never to a running box.
- The Picker add-on is included in the box rate for now. If it is priced separately later, the surcharge is hourly, shown in the dashboard before you switch it on, and applies only to boxes it is switched on for after that price appears.
- Credits expire 12 months after the top-up that created them.
5. Taxes and invoices
Prices exclude VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location; EU businesses that provide a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism. An invoice is issued for every top-up.
6. Refunds
The service starts immediately after a top-up, and used credits are not refundable. Unused credits are not refundable except where the law requires it; contact us and we will look at your case.
7. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the test scenarios you push to a box and for having the right to test the applications they target.
- Do not use a box to attack, scan or overload systems you do not own or have permission to test, to send unsolicited messages, or to break the law.
- Keep your account credentials and API keys secret. Actions performed with them count as yours.
8. Your data
Everything stored on a box — runs, screenshots, bundles, history — lives on that box and is deleted with it, whether you delete it or it is removed for an empty balance. Keep your scenarios in your own repository. Environment secrets you configure on a box are stored on that box only.
The Picker add-on has a model read the page under test. Which model, what is sent to it and what our masking does and does not remove are set out under Grounding and the Picker in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update the runtime on your boxes automatically. We may change or discontinue the service with reasonable notice; on discontinuation the unused balance is refunded.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data.
11. Termination
You can delete your boxes and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Sections 4, 6, 8 and 10 survive termination.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are heard by the courts of that country.
